INNER COURTYARD – A GREEN

The design of the Eleven Decks courtyard is something truly special. In fact, the green and outdoor areas are distributed over two levels, creating as much space as possible for you to be outside in good weather. Pretty trees, small walkways, shrubs and ample lawn space create a beautiful park-like area.
While the upper area is used exclusively by residents of the apartments there, the lower courtyard is accessible to the entire Eleven Decks community. Here you’ll find the terraces of the lower residential units as well as the main access to the communal spaces and the dog-washing bay. Of course, there is also plenty of room to play here – kids (and the young at heart) will enjoy the sandy area with climbing net, the wobbly bridge and the steel playground equipment.
